Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping Policy: All products are shipped after full payment is received. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations if there are import restrictions. Any import duties on Big Daddy’s Hammerworks products shipped internationally are the customer’s responsibility. I have free domestic shipping policy for orders above $100. Items will be shipped via the USPS Priority Mail service with tracking provided. Shipping fees still apply to international orders. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted, as long as they are made within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be brand new and unused. Please contact us before returning any items. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card, and labor costs. Restocking fee is assessed on the pre-sale or discount value of the item. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your package. I strongly recommend you insure any package being returned, as I will not be able to help you if your return is lost or damaged.

Note: Over time, changes in humidity cause slight variations to occur in natural handle materials. Knives are meant to be used as cutting instruments, not as screwdrivers or pry bars. My custom pieces should perform admirably for many, many years if given the same care as any good tool. I'm hoping that they last much longer than me and are handed down to your grandchildren and theirs.
